Iron-On Application Procedure

1. Preparation: Lay the garment on a flat, hard surface. Ensure the fabric is clean and dry.

3. Temperature: Set iron or heat press to 180°C–200°C (Cotton setting). Turn steam OFF.

4. Pressing: Cover with a thin pressing cloth. Apply firm, vertical pressure for 25–30 seconds. Work in sections to ensure the entire 12-inch diameter receives equal heat.

5. Reverse Seal: Turn the garment inside out and iron the back of the patch area for 20 seconds to fully lock the bond.

6. Setting: Allow the garment to lay flat for 15 minutes to fully cool and set.
