Iron-On Application Procedure

1. Preparation: Lay the garment on a flat, hard surface. Ensure it is clean and dry.

2. Positioning: Center the tiger patch on the back panel with the adhesive side down.

3. Temperature: Set iron or heat press to 180°C–200°C (Cotton setting). Ensure steam is OFF.

4. Pressing: Cover the embroidery with a thin pressing cloth. Apply firm, vertical pressure for 25–30 seconds. Move in sections to ensure the heat reaches the entire 12-inch surface.

5. Reverse Seal: Turn the garment inside out and iron the back of the patch area for an additional 20 seconds.

6. Setting: Allow the garment to lay flat for 15 minutes to fully set the bond.
