Iron-On Application Procedure

1. Preparation: Ensure the garment is flat, clean, and free of moisture.

2. Positioning: Center the 10-inch skull on the back panel with the adhesive side down.

3. Temperature: Set iron or heat press to 180°C–200°C (Cotton setting). Ensure steam is OFF.

4. Pressing: Cover with a thin cloth. Apply firm, vertical pressure for 25–30 seconds. Move in sections to ensure the entire 10-inch surface is heated equally.

5. Reverse Seal: Turn the garment inside out and iron the back of the patch area for 20 seconds.

6. Setting: Allow the garment to lay flat for 15 minutes to lock the bond.
