Iron-On Application Procedure For a professional-grade bond, follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Ensure the target fabric is clean, dry, and flat.

2. Positioning: Place the patch in the desired location with the adhesive side down.

3. Temperature: Pre-heat iron or heat press to 180°C–200°C. Ensure steam is turned OFF.

4. Pressing: Cover the patch with a thin pressing cloth. Apply firm, even pressure for 20–30 seconds.

5. Reverse Side: Turn the garment inside out and apply heat to the back of the patch area for an additional 15 seconds.

6. Cooling: Allow the patch to cool completely before moving the fabric to ensure the adhesive sets.
