Iron-On Application Procedure

1. Prep: Ensure the jacket or vest panel is flat and clean.

2. Layout: Arrange the 4 pieces for symmetry before heating.

3. Heat: Set iron/heat press to 180°C–200°C (Cotton setting). No Steam.

4. Press: Cover with a cloth. Apply heavy pressure for 25–30 seconds per patch.

5. Seal: Flip the garment and iron the reverse side for 15 seconds to lock the adhesive.

6. Set: Let it cool flat for 15 minutes.

   • Pro-Tip: For permanent security on leather, we recommend a secondary stitch around the borders.
